 Rob is currently Head of Organisational Effectiveness for Crossrail the £15bn infrastructure programme in London. Prior to that he was Head of Group Learning & Development for Mothercare plc. His previous  roles were in FMCG & Publishing

He holds a Postgrad diploma in Personnel Management and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London.

PTHR

PTHR is a consultancy set up to support HR practitioners and organisations in driving transformational change in organisations. They do this through helping organisations re-find their vision and values, discovering ways to better engage the organisation, reinvigorating the performance conversation or through specific talent and development programmes.

Perry Timms is the PT in PTHR and has spent over 25 years working in public and not-for-profit sector HR roles supporting businesses and individuals in finding their brilliance.

What Goes Around

What Goes Around is a consultancy practice run by Doug Shaw, an experimenter and facilitator. The business is founded on two principles: reciprocity works, and happy, well informed employees deliver. They deliver better sales, better service, better work, and better value, for themselves and their customers.

What Goes Around uses conversational and collaborative techniques to help companies make work more useful and enjoyable so that in turn, they can achieve these things, faster and better than before.

Doug writes the HR and customer service blog Stop Doing Dumb Things to Customers, and he also writes for the CIPD, HRZone and other publications. He is teaching himself to paint and is an occasional guitar player and singer/songwriter.
